Starting business in the UK

For a one-off fee of US $ 2,500 or 3,000 Euros, we will provide all the documentation you need to start your UK operation quickly, ethically and professionally. This includes:

- Company formation
- Production of a company seal
- Production of share certificates
- Production of Memorandum and Articles of Association
- Company secretarial services for 12 months.
- Provision of a registered office address
- Incoming telephone, fax, post and e-mail facilities for 12 months (a nominal charge is made for onward transmission)
- Introduction to local bankers for the opening of a UK bank account
- Introduction to trusted local accountants, attorneys, surveyors and other professionals
